This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”)describes how LineVPN (“we”, “us”, the “Company”) collect, use, disclose and protect our users’(“you”) information.

This Policy applies to all services (collectively as the “Service”) offered by LineVPN, including LineVPN software applications(Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Linux, Chrome Extension) and LineVPN website (https://www.line-vpn.com).

1. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT 

WE DO NOT COLLECT:

 How you utilize VPN connection. (We do not see the applications, service or websites you use personally while connected to our Service nor do we store them).

 Original IP address

Any of your Information with LineVPN such as; Mobile Number, Email, Social Media Account. Absolutely no Information is kept about you with LineVPN!

2. DATA WE COLLECT

As of LineVPN we collect NO SENSITIVE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU.

 User geodemographics (we use your IP address to derive your location(city-level) only, then we will delete your IP address immediately. Please keep in mind that we do not store your original IP and we can not share it to anyone no matter what happened)

Your data information between subscription is protected thought iOS and Apple, which apple uses to share information with us e.g. User ID and Paid Subscription, amount, download date, registration date etc. https://www.apple.com/uk/legal/ to view their legal rights and terms. 

Your connection between the servers is protected with Digital Ocean Servers, which you can view their terms https://www.digitalocean.com/legal/ and legal rights.   

AGGREGATED DATA

 Aggregated Data are data which is used to understand ways of making LineVPN better for user experience. Such as Unique mobile ID, App version, Daily active user, Total Data used to determine weather we need to buy bigger server, analysis of the servers.

USING LINE VPN CONNECTION DATA

 Selecting the country of connection e.g. GERMANY, choose to connect this VPN and your IP will change to that country and a connection time will start, this information is used as Aggregated Data. 

Your subscription is then placed via your payment terms which is secure with Apple Store and apple terms and conditions. 

OTHER INFORMATION

 Analytics data (e.g., App crash report, in-app page engagement; this information is collected when using the LINE VPN.)

 Advertising data (e.g., iOS ad identifier - IDFA), Android ad master identifier)

This app was developed with Xcode – With this is to ensure no hidden codes are used from third party to collect any other information.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR DATA, GDPR and COOKIES 

We do not hold any sensitive information about you, e.g. Name, Email, Age, Address, Gender, Ethnicity as We only share aggregative data information for what we have in response to only the law enforcement requests when the Service is being used contrary to these Terms and applicable laws, this information cannot specify a subject nor a person.

We do not hold any sensitive information therefore we do GDPR regulations required 

Please keep in mind that we do not keep logs of your original IP address or your personal online activities. And we can not share it to anyone in any situations.
